We act as a third-party booking agent for train tickets, including Amtrak services. By using our booking services, you authorize us to facilitate the reservation of tickets on your behalf.

2.1. Ticket Availability

Ticket availability is subject to the schedules and availability of the respective train operators. We do not guarantee that your preferred travel options will always be available. Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the terms and conditions of the train operator.

2.2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking will only be confirmed once payment is received in full and you receive a confirmation email or message from us. Until confirmation is provided, the booking is considered pending.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website or provided via our customer service representatives are in USD and may include taxes and booking fees, where applicable. You agree to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

3.1. Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, or electronic transfers. All payments must be processed before confirmation of your ticket.

3.2. Price Changes

Prices for train tickets are set by the train operators and may change without notice. Once your ticket is confirmed, the price is fixed and will not be adjusted for subsequent price changes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

The cancellation policies are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective train operators. Any cancellations, changes, or refunds must be processed according to their rules.

4.1. Company’s Role in Cancellations

We will assist with cancellations or changes as permitted by the train operator. However, any fees or penalties incurred due to cancellations or modifications are the responsibility of the Client.

4.2. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the refund policy of the train operator. We do not provide refunds for service fees or any non-refundable portions of your ticket. Refund processing times may vary.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during the booking process is accurate and up to date. This includes passenger names, travel dates, and contact information. You are also responsible for complying with all travel regulations, including having proper identification and adhering to train operator policies.

5.1. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for obtaining and presenting any necessary travel documents required by the train operator, such as valid identification or tickets.

5.2. Errors in Information

We are not responsible for errors in ticket bookings caused by incorrect information provided by the Client. Any fees resulting from corrections or changes will be charged to the Client.

6. Limitation of Liability

We act solely as a booking agent between the Client and the train operator. We do not own or operate the trains and are not responsible for any operational issues, delays, or cancellations caused by the train operator. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for our booking services.

6.1. No Responsibility for Train Operations

We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the failure of the train operator to provide services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

6.2. Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking related to the claim.

7. Website Use

Your use of our website is subject to these Terms as well as any additional terms provided on the site, such as our Privacy Policy. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

7.1. Intellectual Property
